Real Estate Video Created for a Long Distance Buyer

This video was created for Ocean Shores Realtor June Bongirno. Her client in Seattle was interested in potentially purchasing the The Collins Inn & Seaside Cottages. He was researching real estate investments in Grays Harbor County and did not have time in his schedule to visit and inspect the property, so he asked the realtor to get him a video of the property. June and I met and filmed this simple video so that her client and others could view the property from the comfort of their own home or office. It was June’s video debut and she did quite well presenting the The Collins Inn & Seaside Cottages in this simple, inexpensive marketing video.
